Purchases from Pavias Perfumes are shipped from our warehouse in India via reliable courier services. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery after placing your order:

Delivery Details

• Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please ensure an authorized person (e.g., family member, colleague, or neighbor) can do so on your behalf.
• Pavias Perfumes does not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative recipient.

Important Information

• Damage After Delivery: Pavias Perfumes is not responsible for any damages after the order has been delivered.
• Claims for Shortages or Damages: All claims must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery.
