We now offer a 7-day return or replacement policy, designed to be as smooth and customer-friendly as possible.


Return & Replacement Policy

Not happy with the fragrance? No problem!

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order—no questions asked—as long as:

  • The product is not majorly used or damaged.

  • The original packaging is retained and the bottle is at least 80% full.

Whether it’s a mismatch in fragrance preference or a change of heart, we’re here to help make it right.

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • You can Return it on our website itself, or Email us at support@pavias.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91 97375 32959.

  • Use the subject line: “Return/Replacement Request – Order ID [Your Order ID]”.

  • Share a clear photo or short video showing the product’s condition.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep or suggest the nearest drop location.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed quickly and transparently:

  • If you opt for a return instead of replacement, your refund will be initiated after product pickup and basic verification.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account (in case of COD orders).

  • Please allow 4–7 working days for the refund to reflect after approval.

  • In case of product damage during delivery or incorrect item received, please inform us within 48 hours with a photo or unboxing video for speedy resolution.
